ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 2 PM BST Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed. Orders placed after 2 PM BST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We offer guaranteed Saturday delivery if ordered before 2 PM BST on a Friday. If further security checks are required, processing won't complete until you provide the requested information. Our shipping partner is Royal Mail.


Once orders have been placed, items, sizes, addresses can not be amended due to security reasons.

EUROPE - 3-5 working days

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative.

TAXES + DUTIES

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
